1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this a1one terms and conditions document, the word "Platform" refers to the website, mobile application, and all services provided by a1one under the domain a1one.onl. "User" or "Member" means any individual who has registered a valid account on this platform. "We", "Our" or "a1one" refers to the operator of this platform.

"Withdrawable Balance" refers to the actual cash in your account that can be withdrawn, excluding bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements. "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount of bets that must be placed before a bonus or winnings from a bonus are eligible for withdrawal.

• All monetary amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) unless stated otherwise.
• Section headings in this document are for guidance only and do not affect the interpretation of their content.
• Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa as the context requires.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of the a1one platform is limited to individuals who:

• Are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration
• Are individuals with full legal capacity to act
• Are not located in a region or jurisdiction where online betting is completely prohibited
• Have not been placed on a self-exclusion list or a prohibition list of any relevant regulatory body

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at a time. Registering multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the freezing of balances if fraud is suspected.

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, identification card number (MyKad), mobile phone number, active email address, and bank account or e-wallet details. This information is required for identity verification and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

a1one accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 30 minutes to 3 hours

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name. a1one is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

If there is any suspicious transaction activity or activity inconsistent with normal usage patterns, a1one reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing while an investigation is carried out. You will be notified via email or live chat regarding any such action.

Funds deposited into an a1one account do not earn interest. Account balances cannot be transferred to another user.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by a1one are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer, as well as the following general terms:

• The welcome bonus of 100% up to a maximum of RM888 is given on a new member's first deposit.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement RM100 × 25 = RM2,500.
• Another example: Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.

Bonuses may only be used for betting within the a1one platform. Withdrawing bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

a1one reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time at its sole discretion. Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including through fraud or the use of multiple accounts, is prohibited and may result in account closure.

5. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

As an a1one user, you agree to:

• Keep your account password confidential and not share your login details with any other party
• Ensure that all betting activity is carried out for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for commercial or professional purposes on behalf of others
• Notify a1one immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation
• Comply with all applicable local laws relating to betting activity

The following are strictly prohibited on the a1one platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manage accounts
• Any form of fraud, game manipulation, or unauthorised collusion between players
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or system vulnerabilities on the platform
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal activities

6. Platform Services and Availability

a1one strives to keep this platform available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability due to factors such as scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or circumstances beyond our control such as third-party network disruptions.

We reserve the right to modify, improve or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to changes to the game selection, betting limits, and available payment methods.

In the event of a technical error that affects a game or transaction, a1one reserves the right to void any affected bets and restore accounts to their state prior to the incident. a1one's decision in such matters is final.

7. Responsible Gambling

a1one is committed to responsible gambling practices. This platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. We provide self-protection tools to help users maintain control over their betting activities.

Available tools include:

• Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits that users can set themselves
• Temporary self-pause option (cooling-off period)
• Self-exclusion for a set period or permanently

8. Liability Limits

Users acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and that winnings are not guaranteed. The a1one platform provides a fair and transparent betting environment, but is not responsible for individual betting outcomes.

a1one makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability or accuracy of the platform's content for any particular purpose. All content is provided on an "as is" basis.

9. Account Termination and Closure

You may close your a1one account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Any valid balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal, subject to the fulfilment of all active wagering requirements.

a1one reserves the right to suspend or close your account if:

• There is evidence of fraud or game manipulation
• You breach any of the terms in this document
• You fail to provide the requested identity verification documents
• Your account is linked to money laundering activity

In cases of closure due to a breach of terms, a1one reserves the right to hold the account balance until the investigation is complete. The final decision will be communicated to you via your registered email.

10. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

a1one reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The a1one platform operates under international licensing. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established by the platform operator, and the operator's decision is final on matters relating to platform operations.
